About Think Property Club

Property developers who teach from real projects.

Jason and Amy combine design, marketing, project management and hands-on development experience to make a complex industry easier to understand.

Where it started

They were looking for a better way, too.

Before property, Jason spent more than two decades around film, production and education. Amy built a career across industrial design, interiors, international marketing and her own creative business.

Property brought those strengths together: Jason’s instinct for systems and teaching, Amy’s eye for design, value and market positioning, and a shared willingness to learn from experienced specialists.

What began as a personal search for more freedom became Think Property Club—a place to pull back the curtain on property development and help other Australians build practical capability.

How TPC teaches

Calm authority over property hype.

Property outcomes are never guaranteed. Strong education helps you understand the process, challenge assumptions and work more effectively with licensed specialists.

01

Teach the whole system

A site only makes sense when planning, finance, market, people, delivery and exit are considered together.

02

Keep it real

Share the decisions, constraints and lessons behind projects—not only the polished result at the end.

03

Build capability

The goal is not dependence. It is helping students ask stronger questions and make more informed decisions.

Experience in perspective

Experience shared without the hype.

Practical

Lessons connected to the realities of planning, finance, specialists and delivery.

Connected

A community where students can discuss projects, decisions and the questions that shape them.

Transparent

Case studies are learning material, not a promise of another person's financial outcome.

Two complementary perspectives

Creative value meets structured delivery.

Amy looks at the product, the end user and how thoughtful design can create value. Jason focuses on the system, commercial pathway and how to explain complex ideas clearly.

Together, they help students see a property project as a connected business—one that needs strategy, numbers, people, communication and discipline.

Beyond the classroom

Success should create a wider ripple.

TPC’s community has supported social-impact projects across Australia and the Asia-Pacific. The belief behind it is simple: capability can create choice, and choice can create meaningful contribution.
